Is there any online stock trading platform that you can trade any stock any where in the world?

1. i believe etrade is as close as you will get- i saw an ad of theirs that said they allow french, german, japanese, uk, us, and chinese. they're also a bank, so their margin rates are somewhat reasonable... however their execution times, trading tools, and 'fees' are all rather unattractive.
2. Wow. How do you think you'll be able to trade in all the time zones even if there was such a thing?? :) Start in the timezone/country where you are & make money and diversify into foreign markets.
3. That's probably for the next generation. You might be able to open accounts with online traders in the countries you are interested in.
