I’m looking 4a online stock trading co. were I don’t have 2 have tons of $ (10+ k) 2open an acct.?

I’m looking for a online stock trading company were I don’t have to have tons of money (10k-25k) to open an acct., make a minimum amount of trades and that don’t have a lot of fees Is there such a company out there? It would also be nice if they have an office somewhere (in the Atlanta area) as well but mandatory If I hear about a stock I just want to log on research it and buy as many or as little shares as I want or as many times as I want a day, week, month or year at a flat rate. Is there such a company?
