Stock Markets Exposed

What stock trading software have you had good results with?

Public Comments

  1. TD Waterhouse is excellent. Very happy with it over the past few years. My brother swears by E-Trade.
  2. Advanced analyzer from Ameritrade is good too!
  3. Mate, I am trading actively in 3 different stock exchanges around the globe now. However, I have not bought any high tech software that costs you a fortune. Otherwise, I am using microsoft excel to do the fundamental and technical analysis. Try to study excel's function (e.g. =if, =concatenante etc.) By doing it yourself you will understand the nature of stock market better than by obtaining it from those softwares. You can also calculate the total volume with excel. All the data that you need can be downloaded from some investment websites (e.g. yahoo finance) directly to your spreadsheet. Hopefully this will help you. Cheers
  4. If you mean software to help you analyze stocks, the one I've used for 10 years or so is called Telechart. It has a small cost but you can try it free for 30 days. Go to www.worden.com and download it if you have a fast internet connection. Otherwise have them send it to on disk.
