Whats the best site for trading stocks?

I know absolutely nothing about stocks.. Which site would u recommend for the beginners? any additional advice is also appreciated?

2. the 'best' depends on what you need. i like no frills so I use scottrade. may not be enough if you are heavy into futures and options. but for normal stock trades. very quck and easy and cheap. I use technical tools from other sites
