- Yahoo finance is one of the best sites I know of for comprehensive information, including good charts, and it's free. Before you start trading, realize that it is a 'zero sum game'; for every buyer there is a seller, and your competition is likely to be far more experienced than you are. Learn all you can about a company before putting your money at risk. I'd recommend starting with some exchange traded funds (www.exchangetradedfunds.com) which will give you diversification and liquidity, with no load charges. Also realize that most active traders lose money -- 'buy and hold' is a good strategy for most investors.
- If you don't know much about investing buy an Index Fund. Check out The Motley Fool, Zack's, Quicken.com, Morningstar. I have Scottrade as my broker.
- Ok thats good.Do it.
