  1. its everywhere, and you will not get screwed, just watch out for fees and hidden charges like commision and tax.
  2. Go toa ny one of the big sites. scott trade, shar builder, etc. They have a wealth of info. No pun intended.
  3. www.fundsupermart.com
  4. you first have to study the commodities market-go to kitco-bullion dealers website-you will find many business links there and send away for prospectuses they are free and study companies and find one that is growing and looks interesting and open a 500 dollar money market account that is enough to get you started-good luck
  5. go to amazon.com or half.com and buy a regular undergraduate college textbook on investments. THese are basic, relatively simple, and will give you an introduction to all of the basics. You s/b able to pick one up for less than $40.
  6. I know how you feel. I'm in the current process of setting up a website just based on this. So stay tuned. Basically go around forums asking people. But you will find that there will always be people happy with the service and others not. It is hard to know whether or not these people are simply plugging their own company posing as neutral people or not. So in the end, asking people at a conference perhaps may be the best way - as you can tell if they are straight out lying. Also books can be good too: but I've seen some books recently that plug their own products too - without you knowing!
