Unless you have a very large account with one of the online brokers you are likely to have to pay for live prices ('live' means anything less than 20 minutes old), and provide online authorisation for detailed contracts with the Exchanges involved. If you don't mind paying there are all sorts of places you can go, including Reuters, Bloomberg, Thompson, etc. Everyone provides data services online these days. I don't know what the time difference between India and the US is, but there's nothing stopping you accessing these services from India.
