As for the rest of your question, rightnow the Japan market is somewhat sideways. I would have some international diversification in it, but it's not necessary. As for real estate, currently real estate sector kind of sucks. It's going sideways at the moment, and that is better than declining, but it's still got a ways to go before I'd call it booming!
