Why the Hong Kong correction centre for the juvenline delinquency let the offenders commit a crime inside ?
It is a serious of crime that two juvenline offenders aged both 17 committed a serious and immoral crime inside the Hong Kong Correction Centre for the juvenline delinquency. The two offenders forced another two young adults aged 13 and 14 to take off their clothes and ran a round inside the correction centre. The more shocking crime was that the two young adults were forced to do masturbate in front of them. I was shocked for this news and don't believe it happens in Hong Kong. Hong Kong is a city where the peoples are in decompostion of culture, don't give a damn to each other, and gambling or stock market index are what they care for. There are too many severe juvenline delinquency cases in Hong Kong. Many killed their new borned babies. A city of no mercy, no concern, morale declined. Hong Kong is a god damned evil and expensive to live and raise a family. What the hacks of the Hong Kong government, politicians and eductors do? Just taking a lot of monies out of the systems?
