Whats the best software to monitor stock trades?

Its my homework to invest 5000 bucks in companies and I want to monitor the loss and profit. Whats the best software to monitor it and the easiest to use and looks good on monitor (cuz its in the living room (not really necessary)). I dont really understand wall street language (im 12 -*-), please use easy language pls THX so much
