Stock Markets Exposed

Please advice the stock/FX trading sites for people outside of US? Scottrade is for US only.?

I want to trade ina small amount, Scottrade is just perfect, but it turned out to be for US residents only. Can someone advice the same thing but for global users? Thanks.

1. NASDAQ is open to the public, the DOW and others are also. e*trade is International. nobletradeing is international. The ISE is one of the large players in that,,, I do not gamble, or play markets hoping to profit on others works or misfortunes is just not my thing, is all perspective as well as perception that I do not dabble in. But there is an answer to the question as posted, and always read the fine print. ALWAYS Kiplinger is or has usually been a name that I recognize. Barrons is also. Wikipedia and almost every other data site I look at says ISE is the best or most reliable. Now write a letter to your great grandchildren explaining why the farm was lost, the cow was eaten and the chickens all repossessed by the bank.
