Is there a way to trade international stocks in the U.S.?
My grandmother from china is visiting us and she wants to open an account in the U.S. and trade some stocks. She wants to trade stocks in the Hong Kong and Shanghai market. I know that you can trade the Hong Kong market with Etrade, but what about the Shanghai market? Is there an online service (like Scottrade or Etrade) where she can do that? Thanks in advance.

The big plus is the site has a chinese language interface if you just click the correct language icon.
