- You need to subscribe to this guy: http://www.tradingstocks.net/html/latest_opinion.html I forgot exact numbers, but he was saying we are reaching extreme optimism similar to 2007 top just about now and many are all in hoping for the rally to continue. As the market goes up, volume is getting less and less which indicates not much cash is left on the side lines. Rally is tiring. He has the percentage of cash vs stocks in investor accounts. He was saying it is extremely biased for stocks right now. Like 3% cash for institutions. He says in a major stock market bottom, this becomes 97% cash and 3% stocks.
