Is it wise to buy stock that trades on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board quotation system?

1. Its better than the Pink Sheets. Companies on the OTCBB are required to file financial reports with the SEC or other regulators. But its still enormously risky, Most of them have little liquidity and dont have a chance of getting to the exchanges.
2. Depends on which stock. But in general, it would probably not be the wisest of investments. They are highly speculative.
