Why is the stock market up on news that AIG committed massive tax fraud?

3. The government no longer needs taxes to run. We print money and borrow. So, there is no effect on the economy. Besides i wouldn't say the market is going up. Until it gets back to 13K or higher, it is still down as far as I'm concerned.
