What is the difference between NIFTY & NIFTY Junior?Indian Stock Market Trading ?

What is the difference between Nifty&Nifty Junior?How it's working as a trading platform? Nifty Junior is for new company's to sell shares? If one new company is listed and offering initial shares for a fixed price then how we can get the details about it?Can we buy it through our normal Trading and Dmat account that we are using for the online trading? What it mean by 'Index' in Stock market that we are using for both BSE & NSE? I'm a beginner and not yet started my trading.. Someone can advice please?
