Why do people start their own business when you can make just as much if not more money investing-trading?

If you are smart and watch the current market you can trade without any overhead or worry about a business and some people make millions. So from a strictly ECONOMIC POINT OF VIEW why would someone start a business?

1. because of the tax benefits. You can make a million in the market and because of short-term capital gains.. have to give 50% to your broke Uncle Sam. Trust me I know... now I have a business.
2. Without businesses, large and small, there would be no economic growth.
3. Because not everybody is as smart as you.
