How do you make money investing in commercial real estate???
I have become very interested in commercial real estate but I was wondering if this venture could actually be profitable or is it just a decent portfolio option for people already wealthy??

- Commercial RE is great for generating cash flow and income generating properties, but Com properties are usually more expensive and require leases and CAM expenses etc. Probably not your best option for your first RE investment.
