Me and some friends are investing in stocks for a stock market game what are the top ten stocks to invest in?

2. Since it is a stock market game, you are probably trying to win it by getting the highest return in the shortest amount of time. You'll win by doing everything opposite of what most investors will tell you to do. Put all your eggs in one basket and trade the news. By trading the news, you will do things like the following: News that financial companies will report losses...begin shorting as many shares as the game will allow. News that home builders are starting to see more upstarts....cover your shorts in the financials, and buy as many shares of homebuilders as you can. The speculative plays will win the game. They can also cause you to lose horribly. However, if the plays pan out, you'll have the highest return among your friends. Ron, ChFC
3. - I don't know much about stock. -but I do invest in Forex; lower risk, lower capital, easy to predict the market, lots of information lead to successful trading. -cheers
