How did the stock market crash of 1929 effect the global economy?

Public Comments

  1. The stock market crash for one sent the US into a severe depression and affected the rest of the world. People all over the world lost money because they all had investments. People became more reluctant to invest their money because they saw all the chaos. It was a butterfly effect. Side Note: 1. Rulers such as Hitler came into power during this time because they promised to make the economy better in their countries 2. WWII was the best thing that could have happened because it helped the US get out of the depression by creating more jobs
