can any one suggest technical software for stock trading in Indian stock mkt ?

i m interested to buy technical software to trade/ and invest in indian stock market, can i get demo? pl, suggest. thanks

1. Open an e-trading account with icicidirect.com.
2. You'll need a "made in India" software. I guess.
3. if i understand correctly, you need a technical software for studying charts, trends etc, and you want to open an account for trading. there are many softwares in the market. other than Metastock, you can try Trends or Analyst. For Analyst you can go to comlineproducts.com . both the softwares are really good. you have to buy these softwares and thereafter pay a minimum yearly charge for maintenance. Analyst is user- friendly and works out cheaper. for trading and demat accounts try icicidirect.com, geojit.com please note: if you are an NRI or a foreigner, you cannot trade on-line.

5. Go in for software along with real time data feed package. Without this it would not be worth investing in such software Try Advanced Get along with Reuters Data Feed, Metastock, Amibroker are equally good.
