2. No body does answering after verifying the time. For me, YA is just fun.
3. No, people who are answering don't need to know the time since the sites are open 24 hours a day. That's not the case with the stock market, there you DO need the time to be right. IF someone wants to use one of the other sites and they want to do it certain times of day as it corresponds with that country, let the user look it up.
