Should I Invest In Oil Stocks In The Stock Market Game?

For math we are playing a game called the stock market game It is a simulated stockmarket in which we can invest in It is based on the american stock market and therefore I think that oil would be a good investment Does any one agree with me??? I need to know by 4:00 today In the game we can long and short

2. Energy stocks are definitely having a bull run. If you think they will keep rising, go ahead and buy. If you think they will fall, short sell them and make money on the decline...Good luck in your learning!
3. I played the same game when I was home schooled. Fun game! I think the stock in oil will go up. Now I'm not sure if it will go up in time though before your game ends unless your game is scheduled to go all year long. So if The Stock Market Game goes until the end of the year then yes buy stock in oil. But if it ends here shortly then no I wouldn't. When I played what worked well for me is buying stock in Starbucks, Microsoft, Mac, any computer company is always a good thing. We even invested some in penny stocks and that seemed to work well.
