- TTWO has had a lot of growth lately
- I'd buy WM (WaMu) as they dropped too low today.
- Depends over what period the game is really. If it's longer term (ie. 3 months or more) and you're trying to demonstrate a skill for prudent investment strategies rather than simply risking everything on a speculative share; then you're probably better diversifying across some of the FTSE100 constituents. Rule number 1 of investing is probably don't buy what people tell you to buy. The herd mentality rarely works. Research and invest in companies you like and understand how they make their money. Finally, you and your classmates might want to play our 'stock pick of the week' game on Facebook as further pratice :- http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=6765868926
- stocks can range from anywhere of $0 to it beingn in the thousands...but what i would do is buy a lot (500ish) of 10 cent shares and hope to god that it goes up by a little bit because if it does then those 500 shares could be sold to make you some profit...buying it for $50 and if it went to 1.00 then that would grant you 500 dollars...but if it goes down then you lose your $50
- You are totally missing the point of the exercise. Pick your own and watch your portfolio hit rock bottom.
