Stock Market Virtual Game Help?

so at my school we have to play a virtual stock game online and i wanted to ask you guys and girls what something good to invest in. We only have 135 more days. So it would have to be an investment for a short term. Any help would be great. Thanks

If no money is involved, you may want to speculate on the following: long financials (WFC, BAC, WB, JPM), long retail (WMT, CC, COST) long Buffett (BRK, BRK.B) short technology (GOOG, AAPL, YHOO, EBAY). short ags (POT, MON, MOS) short china (BIDU) long china ultra short (FXP) short S&P500 (SDS) these are not stock recommendations. just for game play. good luck!
2. If you think you can win with just some steady, rock solid returns...go with MCD ( Mc Donalds), UTX ( United Technologies), BA ( Boeing), MO ( Phillip Morris/ Altria),GE ( General Electric). If you want to take some risk at running up big totals...look at a few " Chinese/ solar" stocks: CSUN, SOLF... or " Chinese / agricultural" plays: COIN, SEED, TITN Two other areas that " take off" occasionally are " shipping": NM, EGLE, ESEA, TBSI...or some small " refiners" who should make money as Spring comes: WNR, ALJ or FTO.
