Stock Markets Exposed
Career in Finance.. Stock Brokers?
I've really been thinking hard lately about what I want to major in next year at college, and mostly what I want to do for a career.. I just started a finance class at school, and we're doing a lot of investment stuff, including a lot of stock market stuff.. I have really picked up quickly on the stock market and have enjoyed doing a lot of "play" trading in our class game. And I'm seriously considering possibly majoring in Finance next year.. What do you people think about majors and careers in finance? I know its really hard to get your foot in the door as a stock broker, but I honestly think I would be fine, I'm pretty well connected. thanks!

- Major in finance and learn everything you can about the stock market. Do as much outside reading as you can. There are many people out there who are technically unemployed and trade for a living, myself included. It is very rewarding and there is never a dull moment.
