I am new to the investing game and would like some feedback on the best sites to get stock tips. I am particularly interested in penny stocks for now as that is what I can afford. 2. Avoid hot tips on penny stocks. You get tips to buy what someone needs to dump. You need to have the patience to do in depth evaluation of the reason the price is so beaten down, and not based on tips.

6. If you want to invest the most safe way in penny stocks there are mutual funds that specialize in them. Look for a fund that invests internationally. Do not touch the money for a minimum of 5 years and odds are then greatly in your favor. Buy a cheap subscription to a magazine that shows ratings on those types of funds and buy the best 2 past performance ones and you should do just fine or go to local library and ask for help in finding such published listed ratings for funds that invest in microcaps.
