What Do You Think Of ADC Stock Values ? Is This Telecommunications Company Worth Investing In?

Looking at it technically, the stock looks like it's climbing in the short term, there is a short term resistance at its 200-day moving average, around $16.13, and a long term resistence of around $27.80. This stock has been in it's base since the end of 2002, ranging between $12 and $27. If the company's earnings/profits and sales improve quarter after quarter, then it should be a good investment. I would watch it and personally I would buy it when it crosses the long term resistance of $27.80 on huge volume.
