I want to buy stock online!?
I have a 1000 dollars i want to invest! i was thinking about online stocks. Is there any good web sites to trade on! Is it very easy to trade online and do you make any money!

- Go to Yahoo! Finance. It will teach you how to invest from your bed and you can even get live streaming of the stock prices. Don't forget to build your own portfolio there. Lastly, put it on your My Yahoo!. Sit back and relax.
- First off, Yahoo Finance does not give you live streaming stock prices, trust me on this. It is delayed. Secondly if you have $1000 to invest, are you looking into mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc. There are too many different options out there to list. But there are many different online brokerage firms that give you free trades, just do a search in yahoo. good luck
- Perhaps $1000 is not enough money to start trading online. You'd have to pay about $20 to buy stocks and another $20 to sell. And even if you are moderately profitable in your trading, you could still loose money because of the transaction costs. Investing $1000 in a mutual fund at your bank probably would be a more reasonable option for you.
- Find a low price broker like Scottrade, $7 per trade. It is very easy. No doubt one can make money, and the more knowledge one gains, the more one can make. Best advice is don't take anyone's stock recommendations unless they are doubling their money every year.
