which online stock trading service is the best for someone who makes relatively few transactions?

i want to trade stocks online (direct invest)... which site offers the best service for someone like myself who does not make transactions very often?

4. I currently use fidelity but I'm gonna switch to thinkorswim because they have better rates.
5. I am also searching for an answer to this question, and so far I have found that www.sharebuilder.com, www.scottrade.com & www.thinkorswim.com may be the answer. Check out these 3 sites.
