1. for free...the best you can get is finance.yahoo.com i think they offer subscription real time quotes. otherwise TDAmeritrade will require you to open an account and they provide what you are seeking, real time charting and real time quotes.....very nicely as well...
2. For free, go to marketwatch.com with an account go to Scottrade.com If you want the ultimate in daytrader tools, sign up for scottrade elite service.

4. There are no sites that offer real time quotations for free. UNless you pay extra for that, quotations must be delayed 20 minutes. Bloomberg probably offers the best service for what you want. It isn't cheap.
