I need a chart showing the success of stock market investing over 10 years or longer.?
I have seen a study/chart that showed if you stayed fully invested in the stock market for 10 years or more, you would have had a 100% chance of being profitable.

- only successful, if you invested in the index...........there are over 10000 individual stocks....some up.some down.............yahoo stocks.....get the 10 year chart for the Dow........
- Look at finance.yahoo.com That statement is for the average. If you invest everything in a stock that goes bust, obviously you could lose.
- Let me guess, the person who showed you that chart was trying to sell you something.
